🧠 Tactical Design
- Modular Configuration: Adaptable to various suspension systems, including headband, helmet mount, and neckband setups.
- M19A Helmet Attachment: This review would not be complete if I didn’t highlight the M19A helmet attachment. The reduced “click” noise when securing earpro to ready position alone is worth the price. They have a sturdy design and range of motion make these a great fit on arca rails on a ballistic helmet. For my head it took some playing with to get them set in the right position. They provide ample squeeze to keep the earpro in place when moving, shooting, and even laying down. Overall this accessory is definitely worth adding to your cart.
- Detachable Microphone: Adjustable and can be mounted on either side, accommodating user preference and operational requirements. The lead is firm enough to stay in place. It also has several points of adjustment to allow for the perfect position and length.
- Nexus TP-120 U-174 Military Connector: Compatible with EARMOR M51/52 PTT or other NATO-standard PTTs, facilitating secure communication links. Earmor did send me an m51 cable and PTT for my Kenwood. The PTT is is tactile, and large enough to use with gloves while staying out of the way. I enjoy the clip interface and how it secures to my MOLLE on my plate carrier. I’ve had absolutely no issues with it. Easy to find under stress, and has worked well even testing in wet environments.
- Clear Voice Tracking: Enhances speech intelligibility by isolating voice signals from background noise.
🔧 Operational Modes
The M32 Mark 4 offers five adjustable sound modes to suit different mission scenarios:
- Quiet Mode: Automatically suppresses ambient noise, allowing for clear radio communication in high-noise environments.
- Comfort Mode: Designed for in-vehicle or indoor noisy settings, reducing echo and enhancing comfort.
- Conversation Mode: Restores natural environmental sounds, simulating normal hearing for face-to-face interactions.
- Patrol Mode: Amplifies ambient sounds to improve situational awareness during movement.
